Get a wideband before you start touching ANYTHING. Or, take it to a reputable tuner that can do it for you.

so i just keep the settings its on now??? cuz so far i just did the initial set up and all where it boots up and asks you a bunch of questions like v-tech and all...

you need a wideband to tune the air fuel ratio. You can either buy your own (~250) or you can rent some dynotime w/ a air fuel ratio readout (~100 an hour). Once you have the air fuel reading, you'll want to shoot for a air/fuel ratio of 11.5:1. In the AFC (not famillar with the Neo) you'll want to mess with the hi throttle map. Just start small until you get the hang of it. For example, if the ratio is 10.5:1 at 4000 rpms, pull a little fuel at the 4000 rpms setting in the hi throttle map, like -4 to -5% then try it out and see what it does and how it effects the ratio. Then adjust accordingly.

Im bored at work, lol

No need to wait. If the unit is powered, it's working.
