changes to car are as follows.

hg redone to with oem gasket
FIPK
3'' cooleeze dp.
gutted cat.
bosch 110 bov.
metal lower ic pipe

now the issue with my car is that i am running pig rich. like my freind will drive behind me and he will pull up and say "holly crap your exhaust smells like crap dude" i will get on it and i can smell my exhuast with the windows down then i stop and it smells like gas. no real smoke but my freind says he has seen some little puff. i will pull into my garage and put my hand upto the exhaust and then smell it and it smells like unburned gas.

wtf would make my car run this rich having never modified the fuel system

right now on my list is

o2 sensor ( i did a hg swap and could very well have gotten coolant of water on it, and when i did dp swap i touched it allot and just threw it arround the turbo to get it out of the way)

afm ( i dunno i found some oil in acordian hose i may have to clean it)

spark plug (changing it either way)

ic pipes, ( last hope i have pulled all of them off and checked for cracks and all of them are put on tight)

im out of ideas as to why i am so rich, im gettin 15mpg average in town i have been charting my trip odometer and gas receipts.

any other things i can look at before i spend money on o2 sensor (hint hint IJ looking for input)

i have not modified my boost.

air cleaner is k&N and its 3k miles old and was cleaned and reoiled like 400 miles ago

doing timing at dusk when daddy heads off to work and isnt arround to ask questions.

im assuming you mean cold start injector, time to pull that sucker off and clean it out, and now that i think of it, i cant remember the last time i heard that little tic tic itc after turning off the car. how much is that via toyota dealer??

that little tick tick tick when you shut the car off is the ISC (idle speed control) valve, not the CSI (cold start injector)

Your coolant temp sensor can go wacko and tell the ecu that your car is way cold and that will cause it to run rich...but probably not as rich as you described.

To be honest it sounds like classic symptoms of a bad o2 sensor and judging by the way you abused your old one that's more then likely the problem. 02 sensors don't like to be molested and by your own admission you're "Chester the 02 molester".

Keep your hands to yourself!

crap well i may need a new isc or something cus that thing isnt ticking anymore. how can i check my isc, i just tryed to take the thing off but i cant get the two screw/ 10mm hex bolts that hold it on and i have zero lighting at that angle, i could feel some little box thingy atached to the backside of the metal portrusion. i cant get any of the bolts loose for some reason i tryed easing them out but didnt give it to much force for fear of breaking or stripping a bolt. does the fuel line attached to it just unbolt like any other or do i have to do something to it , i was giving it some force when i was turning it andi heard this POP. and said oh shit i either busted it loose or just busted it, but the thing wont budge.

getting pissed. so many little crap things under the hood taht dont like to work properly right when i thought i had everything buttoned down and perfect.

it *might* not be toast, if the connection for it isn't secure. (just hoping for you jebus) otherwise, give it a good cleaning, and see if it does anything to help.

the CSI was like $80 from elmhurst toyota new. I've heard of others removing the CSI all together. Not sure if this is going to help you here however, was just an idea. It fixed my richness issue instantly :)

Any cat-less car is gonna stink. I ran mine with a test pipe for a whole month before putting on a shiny new 3" cat. I have no desire to smell like an old chevy pickup.
