Running really rich

Here is the problem. The car once started up will idle at 14.7 but be idling around 600rpm when it normally idles at 800rpm. Once I try to give it some gas, the afr goes below 10.1 (not sure how low bc the AEM Uego only reads to 10.1 I think) and there is fuel coming out of the exhaust (white smoke and a bunch of it). I drove it down the street and it seems to be missing a bit but it's the kind of missing that comes from the car running really rich, if that makes sense.

I replaced the spark plugs a few days ago and pulled them out today but none of them look fouled. They all look newish.

Any ideas on what it could be? My motor is a 1jz by the way.

My stock ecu was bad and it was doing the same thing if I remember correctly. I think Aaron swapped it for one that he bought and it didn't run quite as rich but it still ran a little too rich. Check and make sure none of the capacitors are bad in the ecu and also do what Joe said, he's always been the smart one in the family.

No codes but I will try another ecu to see if that fixes it.

I say ECU cuz I had the same problem with the smoke and fuel out the exhaust. I sent my ecu to Aaron to replace all the bad caps and car runs great and have not had a problem related to running rich.
