Today i jumped my FP to run on constant 12v, and it ran a lot richer @ normal temp but random spikes kept occuring. Any ideas why it would have random spikes from around 14.7 to 17 and off the scale?

where did you buy your fuel pump? Was it Ebay by any chance? do you have a fuel pressure gauge? what does it read at idle without boost reference? does the pressure bleed off as soon as you shut the car off?

If the answer was yes to most of those questions buy a new fuel pump from a place that specifies GENUINE WALBRO....ask me how I know?

K its a genuine walbro from suprastore.com i have a fp regulator but its on its way. So you believe its due to a fp regulator lacking..... onlything that baffles me is the stock fp regulator is still gonna put out stock fp yeah..... and if im only idling then why the hell would it matter if i had an aftermarket fp regulator or not. I lean out @ normal operating temp @ idle

yeah I wasnt questioning you FPR. It turns out my Walbro wasnt bad Im now suspecting my FPR.

But in your case its hard to say why you are leaning out. Definately the post above gives you some places to start looking.
