My car's oil pressure is extremely low. During idle its only at about 5 lbs pressure and after it's warmed up and I drive it only goes up to about 20 lbs pressure max and just kinda stays there. My rpm has been dropping extremely low also. During idle it drops slightly below the 1rpm mark and just kinda bobs up & down in the 800 rpm zone. Can my dropping rpm be causing the low oil pressure? last oil change was about 3 months ago can it just be because I need oil change? what should I check for?

It's hot, and that oil pressure is pretty normal... Rev it up to 1K, 2K, 3K, 4K, 5K, and then see what the pressure is at.

Your low idle, check for codes first.

When my 7m did that i found a vacuum leak. Was making my idle low/surge slightly.. Tightened up the intake manifold bolt i forgot, and it went away.

All vac lines are in place and no leaks, oil level is fine but oil is getting old, and I'll make sure to check for codes. I live in Central Cali and we get 100+ degree weather here during the summer so it does affect the way supras perform thanx for the advice guys

Normal idle is supposed to be around 700-800 rpm.
Another way to check for a vacuum leak, is to idle the engine, and spray a very small amount of starting fluid or crab cleaner around the throttle body, upper-to-lower intake mating area, and where the lower intake runners attach to the head. If the rpm's rise, that's where your leak is. Again, just small squirts, as its obviously a very flammable spray.
