Okay, I'll start off by telling you what I have done to the car, and what's going wrong, and what i think is causing and so forth. Alrighty, I got an 89 supra, with a 7M-GTE in there. Next I have RC 550's,walbro 255 fuel pump,BOSS LIPP TO4E .57 Trim, stock intercooler w/ custom made 2.5" hardpipes, ceramic intake, the bottom end was rebuilt to stock, 1.2 MHG torqued to 90+ ft lbs, arp main and head studs, R154, Maft, AFPR, and full 3" exhaust. Well that's everything that I can remember off the top of my head. I bought this car from a SM member, that lives near me. Okay I'll get to the problem(s).
The car will turn over and sit at about 1k RPMS, then slowly die, but on it's way down the car almost goes back up to it's idle. The plugs are gapped at .27, I have yet to check the timing, I have a greddy catch can, but I'm starting to hook the whole PCV system back up, the charcoal canister is gone. I capped that line off. I did have the majority of the vacuum lines capped off, and the car idled at 1500 RPM's for a good 5 secs, then slowly died out. So my guess is, is that the car is getting no vacuum. The AFPR was reading 25 psi. I think that is too low, well from what I hear. K that's everything I think, what do you guys think the problem is. I did a lot of searches about the catch can, PCV system, and rough idles. So far I've concluded that I need the PCV system. I'm kind of confused on where to go next. Any information would help out tremendously. Sorry for writing a novel.
Thanks, for your time.

Have you checked for any codes?
Sure did. I threw codes 14, and 51. 14 was the ignitor, and 51 is the TPS. The MAFT could've been the only other thing wrong, so I took that out, tried to fire her up and had a steady idle at just over 1k RPM's. Good deal, all problems are gone! Just need to re-wire the MAFT and a few other things, or upgrade to the MAFT-PRO and go from there. Thanks jdub for your concern and a special thanks goes out to Steve (NJSupraA70) without his help I would still be tinkering with the fuel lines and pump. Thanks SM!!!
