Hey,
whats you opinion on ross pistons? give me ur advice and knowlegde on them. All comments are welcomed.

Well, they are the second most popular used piston amongst the 7MPower members IIRC.
Slow66 is even using them & has had a 10.55 run.
If they are good enough for him, they are probably good enough for you too.

I have not cranked my engine yet but i like the idea that ross has longer skirts and i think that will make for a better fit in the cylinder than the short skirt JEs. Ross's are very top quality. I dontthink that they need as much clearance as ross suggests tho of about 6 thousands.

All new rings need to be reground to fit. Basically, it's as such so you can set the clearance to whatever you want it to. It's recommended to check stock ring clearances too when rebuilding with them.
