Ronnie, if you are reading this I have been trying for over 2 months to obtain the outer bushing sleeves for my set of polyurethane bushings you make from SupraSport. I call SupraSport everyday and this whole while they have said they have yet to receive them from you. That seems kinda shady considering SupraSport's reputation as well. However, I have bought many parts from the new SupraSport owners with these sleeves being the ONLY problem. Hell, I ordered the CP Tri Strut bar from them on Sunday, I got it Wednesday. With everything in mind and the fact I bug them all the time it seems they have no motive to keep me from getting those sleeves as I have not even paid for them yet so they gain nothing.

I am getting pretty upset about not having my Supra running yet. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that it is taking this long. So Ronnie, or anyone else for that matter, if you have any input please present it.

Hi Syst,
I am sorry for delays. You are right,it is ridiculous that it is taking a long time to get the outer sleeves and it is all my fault. It is no fault of Suprasport.
I have been really busy at work and studying for my electrical registration examinations. The outer sleeves will be finished in a couple of days time and I will
send them to suprasport express mail.
These are 4 outer steel sleeves for front lower a-arms.
I will try and sort out something for you to compensate for the long wait.
Thanks,
Ronnie.

There are only 4 bushing sleeves? Those are the 4 I do not need, as I pressed out all the other bushings. Do not even suggest that I use the pressed out ones as literally everyone has said that to me. You know, this is very irritating. I know this problem is largely due to communication error. However, what do you guys think I mean when I literally say "I need ALL of the outer sleeves for my poly bushings." And also Ronnie, you and everyone else could tell me I should have looked at the manual on installing the bushings before I pressed them out. Too bad my set has no supplied manual, and only AFTER I pressed the bushings out did I realize there was a manual, though the link to it on SupraSport's site is a dead link.

Well, I guess I need to find some way to install these as it seems I will not be getting all the sleeves I require.

Note: Just wondering, but why do you make the outer sleeves only for the arms that have the hardest sleeves to get out?

Ronnie, what is the word on these? Do you make the other bushings sleeves that I do need? If you have not before, can you make them now? I am DIEING to get my car on the road and all I need are these sleeves.

I can make the sleeves ,but probably next week,I will sit my electrical exam this weekend and after that I will have more free time to make them.
I made only front lower a-arms sleeves because I have had a couple of requests for these sleeves, but no requests for the other sleeves.I made the poly bushings to be used with the stock bushings outer shells.I will help you out,so You can get the supra on the road.
I am guessing you need outer shells for the rear lower suspension arms, the upper front and upper rear busings do not need outer shells at all.
I will have sleeves done by two week's time.
Thanks,
Ronnie.

The front and rear upper "a-arms" do not need the sleeves? Then yeah, I just need the rear lower arm sleeves. Sweet, I guess I can press the uppers in today.

That's ok.Make sure you use plenty of poly grease between inside of poly bush and outside of steel sleeve. This will stop squeeking and binding.

Yes, I work at a forklift shop so I have free access to a variety of grease fittings which will be put on ever arm. I also used grease fittings on the sway bar bushings.

So what is the status on these sleeves I need? I am now without a car. I knew I would be, but I figured 4 months was WAY more then enough time to get my parts and my Supra back together. I hope I can get rides to work everyday until I get these parts. I am also having no luck contacting SupraSport. I can understand every once in a while someone does not pick up there. However, it happens more frequently then that during normal business hours.

I dont understand the need to regrease these bushings, should they not turn/slide within the arms? I was thinking they only need to flex, why would the grease be escaping if they stay in place? Also, would drilling into the bushing to install a fitting make the bushing weaker (more likely to crack?)

Is the install manual available online yet? I bought some front SP bushings which did not include a manual as listed on the package.

I have been told by Jack from Suprasport that Suprasport will be providing sleeve kit for the poly suspension bushings.
I have also 1/2 way finished making up an online installation manual with photos for the poly bushings install.
Thanks,
Ronnie.

Yep your correct Ronnie,
We are having a few sleeve sets made made and it will be a option. We have the old manual in pdf and print form but the pdf is 6.8mb file...so it's to big to email.
If anyone knows how to make it a smaller file let me know. If anyone is interested in the manual we can mail or fax it until Ronnie gets his done or we figure out how to make the pdf smaller.
Thanks
Jack
