ok bought my pistons and rods one month and one week ago.I got the pistons but no rods. should i be cancaling my order by now?

they are based out of vagas but they had everything dropshipped and when i ask for an update all i get is " all you can do is wait" or stop the order. im starting to get pissed they where do in a long time ago

If you are going to return everything then ask them where to send it, and get tracking or make sure they have to sign for it so they can't deny they recieved it. You might as well get some insurance on it as well. Make sure you get at least an email with the outlines of your refund.
I personal would not cancel it..
I would ask to speak to the manager tell him *exaggerating a little* everything that you have been through with this ordeal and include every detail. But make sure you you’re your story strait…. Also make sure you get something out of it… either 10, 15, 20% off on your next purchase... ect
But if you are going to cancel it. I would not pay for sipping I would make them pay for it… You have to remember that YOU are the customer. They should be serving you… You should not have to deal with that kind of crap…
