Rim size!!!

Hi there, does anyone have 20" rims on there MKIII? (I'm sure there are plenty.) I am thinking of getting 20" rims for MKIII project but not sure how it would look, don't want to go to big and end up looking funky. Also not sure if it would make the ride feel to ruff, I plan on lowering the car about 1.5".

I'm either getting 20s or 18s, don't want to get 19s because tires are a bit pricier due to it being a size that's not to common.

I would appreciate the advise on this issue, thanks in advance!

i really dont think it's common for people to put 20" rims in this car.

imo i think it would look horrible. supra would look like a 4x4

way to small lol. naw 18s look nice on a lowered supra, 20s is jus killing the car. put it this way, in my opinion putting 20s on a supra is like getting a hummer and putting 16 chrome rims on it.

Anyway...if you want BIG, I'd go no bigger than 19's....but 18's would be the better choice.

I have 19's and the tires didnt cost me to much and were pritty easy to find. Plus i have Intrqax Lowering Springs with tekicos shocks.

I just upgraded to 18's and think they're the perfect size for Mk3's personally.

I personally don't know how you could run 19's or 20's without rolling the fenders or worrying about rubbing of some kind.
