Help me out w/ this one. I put in a walbro fuel pump and drilled out the J-tube.......... now I'm not hitting my fuel cut off. First off, what the hell? Second, is this bad in anyway?? 550's nor the afpr have been installed yet (even if that would make any difference).

going to guess.. the walbro is raising fuel pressure causing your car to run rich... so it has lowered the vf or wahtever and raised fuel cut slightly.. guessing?

With a stock AFM you'll hit fuel cut at about 10-12 psi of boost; a Lex wil raise it to about 16-18 psi. If you are running stock injectors, the concern is how lean the motor is running...you're letting in a lot of un-metered air and not adding fuel. 550 injectors is a very good idea when running the Lex AFM. Removing the "J" tube restriction, an adjustable FPR, and Walbro pump supports flow to the 550's...again to prevent a lean condition on the motor
