Hey guys, new here but have been around supras for awhile. Here's whats up. Have a stock 88 turbo targa black with gray cloth that I found with alot of miles but nothing major wrong with it, AC even works. When I hold the throttle at a constant spot the rpms will rev up and down, any ideas what it is? want to get it running right before modding. Thanks.

bad afm, or wiring to it
