Reverse lights not working

I have a auto transmission and recently when I put it in reverse, the reverse lights would randomly go off and on..now it won't turn on anymore. Everything else works, New bulbs. Most likely wiring but I really don't know which wire it is for the reverse lights in the gearbox..anyone have a site, pics, or a wire diagram? Need help please! safety comming up soon

I'm not sure of the wire path through the car, but there's a 2 wire plug that comes off the transmission to attach to the harness. Maybe it got damaged.

I wish I could point you in the right direction on this website, but the wiring will be there somewhere.
