Hi all,

Both of my reverse lights are out, so I'm thinking the fuse may be blown, but for the life of me I can't find the fuse? I looked and even searched the TRSM to no avail?? Can someone point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Also, I want to lubircate all my locks and hinges etc. what is the best lubrication to use?

Thanks MKiii,

So i've been looking at that electronic diagram and is a bit  does this mean I have to get to the back of my gauge cluster??

- Also, anyone know what's the best lubricant for door locks and hinges etc. I know not to use WD-40. When I put my key in I have to wiggle it left-to-right before it opens without forcing to break the key. Thanks.

powdered graphite is the lubricant for most locks.
maybe pulling the door panel and checking all the locking hardware for sticky mechanisms would be a help too, if lubing the lock barrel isn't enough.
At first I thought you had lots of key play, but sounds like your rotating it a bunch to work the lock open...

And it sounds like if your reverse bulbs aren't blown (most likely not), and your dash functions fine, then the backup sensor sensor may not have been plugged in last time the transmission was reinstalled.
Plugging it back in without pulling the transmission is possible with a little creativity.

Correct. I have to rotate it a bunch of times left-right etc. to get it to unlock. Powdered Graphite huh? Ok.

Now about those reverse lights...

The thing is, my transmission have not been reinstalled in any recent time. The lights just stopped working within the last month?? All my gauge lights are working. Hmmm?? Where is this backup sensor you're referencing?
