When i put it in reverse the lights do not come on. i was looking and found the reverse light plug hanging in the engine bay and cant seem to find where it plugs in to? anyone know? The guy who i bought it from says it needs to be lengthened because he put an r154 in a 7mge. and its in a different location.

the sensor is on the passenger side of the transmission, and the plug generally sits on top of the transmission. good luck getting to it... I've tried

Its a complete pita. I got it.... after about 35 minutes of passing/ pushing/ twisting.

Steps:
1: have skinny hands
2: lay directly under the trans
3: one hand up each side
4: Use fingertips to maneuver the plug into place
5: pray

Have fun :)

Pretty much. I wasn't able to get to the top of the transmission even with it unfastened from the body haha
