Hey all, I'm Josh and I live in Knoxville, TN. I've been the owner of a 1989 Supra Turbo targa since 1996. Unfortunately the turbo died back just before Christmas of 1999. Well, I decided to rebuild the engine and replace the CT-26 with a T04B copy of the HKS Sport turbo kit. I got almost all the parts together including the HKS intercooler, F-CON, EVC IV, VPC, GCC II, 550cc injectors, tons of engine work (knife-edged and balanced crank, 11lb Mueller billet aluminum flywheel, ARP head studs, HKS 2.0mm stopper type metal head gasket, some mild head work, Walbro 255, 550cc injectors, AEM adj. rising rate fuel pressure regulator, HKS SSQV, turbo back 3" exhaust all mandrel bends, Greddy 60mm intercooler piping, Clevite 77 bearings, Total-Seal rings, HKS 40mm external wastegate, all new gaskets and seals...Tein HA coilovers with upper pillowball mounts, Greddy 60mm peak and hold warning meters (EGT and wideband A/F)..well the car has sat for ten years now after all that work, and just now I'm getting around to finish this project. In the past few months I've picked up a Cusco 6 point roll cage to hopefully fix the nasty chassis flex, a Cusco front STB, a Whiteline 30mm front anti-sway bar, SSR GT3 20x9.5 wheels, A Megan aluminum radiator, Gates Racing radiator hoses, a staggered set of Yokohama AVS ES100 tires, and Odyssey battery, a 34 row oil cooler, and some BC Stage 2 cams. I'm going to get some cam gears and finish plumbing the fuel and oil and coolant lines, as well as an 3 qt. Accusump and try to get the thing running over the next several weeks. I'm sure I'm forgetting some parts...oh yeah, a set of Sparco Torino 2 seats to replace my heavy stockers. Pics will come as soon as I get over to my mechanics and start piecing some stuff together, ordered a few pieces from Arizona Performance today also...waiting for my buddy in Okinawa to send the the C's shifter he bought for me about 8 years ago if he can find it...Nice to meet you all, sorry for the long post.

well, car was towed to my body man's house, I ended up getting Shine Auto Project's widebody CF fenders, need to take them to him next week along with my Turbo A duct and shine lip spoiler. Oh I bought a BBK 6 pot wilwood sl6-r calipers and 14" rotors, went value (cheaper for the single piece larger rotors) over AZP's kit that would have been lighter (2 piece rotors)....and got wider rear SSR GT-3's for a staggered setup and deeper rear lip....and my mechanic finally told me the rings I ordered fit the Probe +0.5mm pistons, so the set I ordered had 4, I had to order another set of 4 to get enough rings, should have asked when I ordered the first time...the ball is rolling, just slowly, I'm at the mercy of my mechanics at this point, block is back from the machine shop though...

this is what happens when you build an engine, and let it sit without running it for 5 years

oh and in person the color difference between the seats is not nearly as striking....may have to get them dyed to match each other though...that's the problem with buying seats 10 years apart...
