I have 88 supra I'm looking to get the gauge faces replaced. I bought the indiglow gauges, I can't seem to figure out how to take off the needles though. I tried searching for it too, but can't find anything. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Grant

I took my out last year, make sure remove all screws around the face, may be start from the center top to pull it out. If I remember correctly put it back was much harder because you need to plug all connector, and there is not much room, all I can say start from right side start connecting the connectors. Please post some pics after your done, I like to see how they look.

I used a fork under the needle to pull up straight without putting any sideload on the needle shafts.
And you don't have to unscrew the faces till you get the needles off. Try not to rotate the shafts after removing the needles, and take a pic of it prior to removal.
I always found it easiest to leave the plexi off till you plug in the cluster, and check calibration of all the needles first.
