Remote keyless entry?

Theoretically, a car with the factory security system and power locks, blah blah blah SHOULD have a Remote Keyless Entry right? Or was this option never offered? If not, I guess I'll have to wire one up myself :evil2:

it was offered for a time around 90-92? right? It is definitely possible to wire keyless entry in though... I know Aaron at Driftmotion does it for like $150

It's easy and simple to wire in. And $150 is about $100 too much.

It was a dealer option for 91-92, you could order it and add it to the earlier cars as well (89-90 with a small modification, and a slightly larger modification to 86.5-88 cars).

As is my understanding. In any case, it's no longer available, gonna have to go aftermarket.
