I searched and couldn't find much info on the interior, specifically the rear cargo area. I am putting the interior back in my 1988 Supra. It is a NA targa top. I lost the before pics I took due to a HD crash. I have most of it back in, but have a few leftover parts. I took a pic of them and have numbered them:
I have two of #2, marked R and L, and 2 of #3. I think I should have 2 of #1 as well, but could only find 1. #1 folds 90 degrees and locks in place when you pull the latch up. #2 has a spring inside the the top part and the top part slides up & down but does not latch.
I know I need to install the hooks for the cargo cover and there are two square holes on the rear floor in front of the back panel that look like they would line up with #4 so it would support the wooden panel over the spare tire. There are two sets of two holes on either side of the latch with corresponding openings in the trim panel. The holes look like they line up with part #1, but even if they were installed there is still something missing to hold the cargo cover in place.
If anyone has or could take a pic of the rear cargo cover attaching parts on the rear panel this would be helpful.
Thanks in advance.
