Recommended Oil and Coolant?

Just wanted to ask the experts what type of oil I should put in the beast after I'm done changing my BHG. Any specific brands? Or should I be able to go OEM? I will be running and OEM filter.

As for the coolant would I be able to use the following (stock radiator):

Or should I get the undiluted red coolant?

Car will remain stock for a while after the fix.

I think its worth it to dilute the red yourself. I run the German formula castrol 0-30w on my 2jz.

You would need 2 of those to fill the system. Just use Toyota red and a gallon of distilled water. Don't use tap or drinking water.

I run redline 5/30. Gc 0w30 is good as well.

Don't use an OEM filter, the WIX ones are much better. There's a thread here comparing the different brand of oil filter. As for the coolant Toyota Red, or Zerex G-05.
