Recognize these springs?

Finally got a parts for to do a turbo swap and all. Had some different color springs that looked progressive and it sat lower than mine. Took them apart, original struts with springs... Wondering if any of you recognize them? If they're worth putting on my car or will just ruin the ride quality? My car's struts are terrible and do not absorb the spring it evne has a bit of a 2nd bounce. When I pushed down on the body of the parts car it was much harder and rebounded much quicker. It may be worth waiting to get some struts to add to these springs but mine are so bad mine as well just put them on my car...

Anyone know what springs they are? H&R are the only red ones I know. The only writing on the springs are in the pic.

I think those may be H&R Race Springs if I'm not mistaken. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

Ah I think you got it Jake. The guy who actually owned this car was a cheapo it'd seem. They had stickers all over and a cheapy taped up steering wheel...

Think these would be worth putting on my car or would they just make the ride terrible? Honestly the parts car looked 10x better than my car being lowered..

Might as well try them. Worse case you swap them back out.
