Rear Upper Ball Joint Replacement?

It's going to cost about $300 for the upper control arm with the ball joint from Toyota, I don't think anyone else really sells them, and Toyota doesn't sell it seperately.
Check to make sure it's actually what you need, the upper ball joints very rarely fail.

Same question on the front. I need to replace it for tech at Nasa events (doesn't feel like much play at all but I'm not the one thats says pass/fail to go on the course) can the fronts be purchased or only with the upper arm?
I just did the poly bushings in the fall and the B/J felt ok, but the stresses from the 3 events since then may have finally caused it to go bad.

As far as I know you can not buy the ball joint separate, period. I once looked into it. And yes, they very rarely fail. Not anywhere near the same load is applied to the upper ball joint as there is to the lower...
