REAR SUB FRAME

If i were to change my rear sub frame with a newer one will i need to get that sub frame aligned when it is bolted on to the car??

Hmmm I didnt, but dont really know.............?
There is 4 major bolt and some smaller ones on the subF where would you go about adjusting it??

The frame itself bolts onto unadjustable locations but.....

-The old frame may be tweaked a bit and the car was aligned to compensate
-The new frame might be off compared to the rest of the car
-If you re-use your suspension arms the alignment will be disturbed upon assembly
-If the new frame comes with arms, who knows what the alignment was..

At least have it checked when you are done, some places will even do a check for free in hopes of selling you the alignment you are probably going to need anyways.

and if you have it out anyway:

-beadblast and coat with POR 15
-bend the metal tabs behind the eccentric lobes back to 90* and run a bead of weld behind them to prevent further movement
-replace the subframe bushings
-possibly reinforce the subframe where it's prone to cracking (search- there are pics)
