Well Ive FINALLY got a tube bender on its way to me.

I could only afford one die with it , 3/4" this time, but soon I will have many other dies.

Any who, I was wondering if any of you guys would be interested for a REAR strut tower bar (you'd have to cut some of your rear plastic away) that looks like this TRD unit.

Let me know.

wtf 2 days after i order a 4 point rear bar since all the rear strut bars were too spensive you come out wit this... booo... how bout a bar that goes across the middle of the car for us targa guys with too much chassis flex. I have no backseat so i dont care where as long as its behind the front seats with room to move my seat back some ( im tall). Just a suggestion. If you think you could make something custom for me, I'd be glad to guinea pig it for you and give testimonial! ( and pay for it of course, maybe at a discount)

Take a look at one of my harness bars... they don't do targa flex. :)

I will let you know some initial drawings here soon and as soon as the bender comes in I'll be making a proto in time for chicago if not sooner!

The harness bar won't really stiffen the body up? :icon_conf I was hoping there was a half decent alternative for targa bars. I want to stiffen her up without losing the reason for a targa, a fully open roof.. ah well... it was worth dreamin about. Maybe ill think of something functional and decent looking some day.

Ahh sweetness, I'll see how much of a difference the 4 point rear bar+ my new set of tokico's work and look into picking up your harness bar. Thanks for the info man, my only problem now is that i'm going to have to rig up a way to store my targa now that the 4Pt bar is going to use my holes for the targa holders and hinder some trunk space. My interior from back seats back is completely stripped... Any suggestions?

No clue on the cost of making it, so it would more or less be up to you to set the pricing....Obviously for the mk3 community, the cheaper the better - but it can't always happen that way ;)
