Rear differential weight

How much does a 4.30 LSD or a 3.91 LSD weigh? Anyone ever put one to a scale?

I've shipped several. Usually when packaged safely for shipping, they run close to 100 pounds. If you don't protect the axle studs and such, they will find their way through a piece of cardboard.

That's becasue my front diff is only a 7.5", while the back is 8".




Go to walmart, and find a rubbermaid bin that will fit the diff. It costs 5 bucks, and with the lid firmly taped on, will be a great box to ship it in.
