Hey guys and gals, I am new to your forum as my password was messed up. Got that straight now.
Have been following different threads for a while now.
This is my first post.

Wondering how to remove the rear bumper, since we will be getting new paint soon.

While I am at it, how do you remove the trims around windshield, hatch, 1/4 window, and door. Tried removing some on a junk yard car and ruined them.
I have the TSRM hard copy, wondering if there was an easier way to remove trims.
TSRM doesn't really touch on rear bumper removal, I dont think.
Can you just take the whole thing off (inner steel support and skin), or do you have to peel the skin off while inner support is on car.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Wayne

Thanks again Tony,

No problem.

Just a tip: there are these two big bolts that face down in the back of the inside of the car -- don't mess with those.
I thought they were related to the bumper, but they are not. It would take a lot of force to take those out. Those two big bolts are towards the back. The ones that relate to the removal of the bumper towards the back that you have to remove are more to the back of the car, than the big ones I mentioned. Just thought I would save you from the mistake I made in considering them to be part of the bumper removal (I did not take them out though).
I think you would know them if you see them.

Btw, welcome to SM :)
