really bad gas mileage

i recently got my MK3 and im getting horrible gas mileage..a full tank only gets me about 130miles..any ideas?

Check the ic pipes. Stanzaspeed had a hole blown into a pipe and we fixed it by making some new pipes then he got decent gas milage (decent for the supra anyways). anyways that is one possibilty. Also check your O2 sensor to make sure it is ok.
