rattle in friends saturn

A friend of mine has a saturn im not sure what year/model i just know its a saturn and its a auto 4cyl. anyways she has a rattling problem whenever she puts it into reverse, it doesnt do it in drive or anything but reverse. any ideas? thanks for the help,

lol sorry im not sure how to explain it sounds like a loud clanking noise. kinda like when i towed my friends van and the driveshaft was shot.

Bring it back to the dealer..............and leave it there..SERIOUSLY. You then go to the Toyota dealer

its not my car its my friends. i would never own a saturn. i have 2 Toyotas. and she doesnt really have that much money so shes kinda screwed.

maybe a transmission mount?
does it shake the whole car?

check her tranny oil. Second try to go to a saturn forum.....lol but it's in auto. Try looking around. Cv joints make loud noises.

Try to roll the car back in neutral to determen if it's the tranny or something else when it goes it to revers

Could be the exhaust rattling...

Also check motor/trans mounts.
