I went to go get it picked up from George (karaki) locally tonight and the quality is top notch. even has a wideband bung! this is an amazing product, his own research went into this, so don't trag on him. This is the exact reason i support vendors like him, he stepped up, made a product for us and now supports our community even better. as proposed here are soem quick pics of it (came with gaskets as well mind you, and i can't wait to open my bitch up! :D

It really does, but you will need your exhaust on there. My car ran like shit without my exhaust. I think it needs a certain amount of backpressure. I know mine did. I drove it to the exhaust shop with just the downpipe on there and it drove like shit. Good luck, and it looks awesome..................lol

It does make a huge difference in performance.
Going from open DP to stock catback sucked.

All the backpressure the car needs is located between the turbo and head. After the turbo, getting it out as fast as you can is the name of the game.

Really!?:icon_surp My car was f...ing spectacular on the open dp!:evil2: :icon_razz Felt like I picked up about 20whp! That Raptor looks pretty good, but is it full stainless or just mild/galvanized? I have the BIC DDP, and I'm thinkin' about letting Randy re-integrate it for me. I might change my mind again after I install my 550 inj and tune the car with the SAFC II.
Raptor looks like a decent product. Always good to see capitalism at it's best!:icon_bigg

Its full stainless. Comes with a wide band hole stock (he might contemplate putting it in a diff location because it might not fit as of right now but thats easy to do anyway) all Gaskets and when he will be selling them they will be fully polished with the welds cleaned up. Comes rerouted at the right point where it doesn't affect performance and even has a flex section. Not to start anything, but i would take this over randy's mild steel one any day of the week, even w/o my fully polished version!
George (Karaki) officially owns.

in the second pic, is that a piece that extends into the turbo housing to seperate turbine exhaust from wg exhaust? cuz that would be awsome. i think that thats the one flaw with BIC's DDP, its devorced and all but there are a few centimeters before the DDP starts where turbine and wg exhaust can mix.

I'm pretty convinced that the BIC product has this also.

Edit:
Yes it does

Yup...always had it. There really would be no point in a DDP without one...here's a picture of Randy's site:

Thats a hot looking pipe. I lent George my car to have those fabbed up. We made a template for the fully polished ones too. Here's a pic of mine after it had been run for a while. It turned a nice gold/blue because of the polished stainless. And yes...George is the man.
