Been waiting for my parts to come in from a bunch of different places, so far I only got my rear 15mm spacers in and put them on the car. Very happy with the quality, bought them off a guy on ebay. I also finally blacked out the white badging on the back to match the front 'Toyota' badge being blacked out. Afterwards had nothing better to do, so I cleaned my car and took it out to take some pics. Camera is a Nikon D70 if anyone is wondering.

ZAAAAAMMMMM!!!...I'm not a big fan of blue cars but ZAM! This is something else, that color combo is baaad. Your engine bay looks "Dark" for some reason, maybe it's the black "3000" pipe, but I like it. Your offsets are nice too. Your camera take good pics. The car is nice the way it is but, why didn't you stay wingless?

Jenya, you have got one seriously clean MK3...your car looks absolutely incredible! If you don't mind, I do have two quick questions, though...

1: What kind of wheels are those? That's pretty much exactly what I'm looking for for my 88, albeit with a silver center.

2: Purely out of curiousity, in the last pic in your first post (the action pic), did you use a custom camera rig mounted to the outside of the car and remotely trigger your camera, or were you holding the camera yourself? Either way, it's a beautiful pic (as are the others)...

Gotta love Nikon equipment...although I'm sure you can tell from my username, I'm a Canon shooter...:icon_razz

Everyone thanks for the compliments, appreciate it.

I put the spoiler back on because the holes kept letting water in, once i paint the rear bumper I might do it spoiler less not sure yet. The pre-89 spoiler really grew on me!

The blue and the red was initially something I never wanted, but when I got the wheels before powder coating them black I decided to try them out in red on the car first. It turned out really nice, and makes the car have a little more soul.. (or until I saw this replica of my car! -> http://edmonton.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehicles-cars-Toyota-89-supra-W0QQAdIdZ60913375)

Hahaha "Megan" battery is actually a kirkland battery from Costco.. (best battery I've owned to date)

The wheels are actually an unknown model made by Rays, got them through the local import parts place here in Alberta. The are made for FC's or FD's I'm pretty sure though as they are 'Mazdaspeed' models. I am pretty sure these wheels also came in gold and blue instead of the red, but I am not 100% positive. I never seen another set anywhere before. I kind of wish they were wider, but they will do. (f:8" r:9")

As for the camera for the moving pic - I used a fish eye lens and went on a road where there is no traffic, sped up a bit in second and let go of the steering wheel, popped out of the window and took a bunch of pics. So basically no equipment was needed for the shot. (Would be nice to invest into some proper stuff for that though!)

WOW! That is one sexual looking supra!! I love how it looks.

p.s. do you get harrassed for that exhaust, im really thinking of considering getting that exhaust. I know how good it sounds but is it too loud that you have to put the silencer? So you dont get tickets?

The exhaust is actually been treating me very well. I have never got any tickets for it, the last cop who pulled me over didn't say anything bad about the exhaust, just complimented that the car sounded nice and I was on my way.

I had the silencer in for a week once, and honestly.. it didn't do very much. The thing about this exhaust it's actually not very loud, but the way the sound travels through it gives the car a very deep sound. So in other words if you are not boosting or bagging it and stay under 2,500rpm it is reasonably quiet, especially if the car is moving, all you hear is just a nice deep quietish rumble.
