Random death

Well I was happily on my way to class today, the car was driving fine then all of a sudden the car dies. I can still hear the engine revving as I'm slowing down So I pull over and the car cranks but won't turn over. So I figure my cps wiring is messing with me again (which is why I was looking for a new harness) but I can't get anything out of it.

I keep messing with it until the car sounds like it's about to fire up but it just wont fully start. Further into my search I find the EFI fuse is blown :aigo: WTF. So I substitute the LHeadlight fuse for the time being and I end up getting a code 14 and it still sounds like it's about to start. I end up having it towed and the tsrm says Ignition signal. So Ignitor or ignition coil circuit (which would be where exactly?) I was considering swapping some coils since I have an extra set minus 1 coil and seeing what happens. Since the car wont start I can't tell which one is firing.

Anybody ever had this happen before?

Ok I need to make sure I connected this right, It goes to the coil pack from the wiring harness becuz if it is I'm gonna need another ignitor to test

I have them plugged in this way

That looks like the right one, I don't think there are any other plugs like that in the area.
