ran a 13.77

2.1 60ft with massive wheel spin

107 mph in the quarter. that was at 9 psi with 94 degree outside temp

Is that with a stock turbo and fuel system? If so, I'm impressed!

(Not that I have any idea what our cars should run with that level of modification, but 1.3 seconds faster than stock is an impressive gain)

dang something must be wrong with my car then! I ran a 14.3 with a 2.1 60ft @ 12psi! If this is on the stock turbo props to you! If not its still a good time for only 9psi!

yes better to get off to a no tread burning start, even if it is slow on the 60, cause you lose a lot when spinning the tires like hell compared to someone who has traction the whole way down the strip.
saw a 700 hp viper get spanked down the 1/4 by a modded WRX, viper spun the tires like 180 somethin feet it was pitiful. it was kinda funny too cause a WRX that cost like 40k, and stomped a 100k+ car.

What does the supra run stock? I've always been afraid to take my car to the track... as it is stock. Afriad people will make fun of me. But when I went there with a friend about a month back, I saw civics run 17's+... And they were actually trying... lol

yes, stock turbo and stock fuel system......and stock afm, and stock elbow and dp, as the 3inch hasn't actually made it on to the car yet. As of right this second it is stock dp, with the cat gutted and ran open. I ran on the stock 225/55/16 sized tires, they where just street tires

any chance you have a na-turbo conversion with a 4.11:1 diff? the numbers sound about right for that. not a stock turbo diff car with your boost level though, unless the track is downhill. or the car is gutted. anything is possible, although very rare.

shifting properly and on the best run im pretty sure you can get a NA to 15.99, i wanna know how many Turbo people have drivin NAs, im sure there are plenty but, NAs are not slow cars, Turbos got like 30 HP on use(stock). Ne1 know what a stock NA 2jz will run on the quarter? and how much does the MKIV weigh? im asking cause when i have the 2jz in my project, i wanna go to the track.

Sounds about right to me.

What was your tire pressure? I dropped my ET by .3sec by changing from 38psi to 20psi (bald street radials)

30hp, yeah but it's all in the torque!
the turbo reaches it peak long before.
The NA does not hit it's peak before 6000 IRC

I lost my fastest time slips. The stupid maid at the hotel I stayed in threw them away for some dumb reason. I'll have to see if I can dig up a low 14. This was the best of several passes. I ran several 16 second passes, multiple 15 second passes and some 14 second passes. The fastest pass I ran was with a 4500 rpm launch, clutch dump, after heating the hell out of the tires. I shifted perfect every time and managed not to hit fuel cut. I turned the boost down to 9 to make the pass, as I was running 12.5, but hitting fuel cut on the 1/2 shift. I hit every shift perfect and I had just shifted in to 4th going across the lines, this a factory fully loaded turbo car, targa top and leather, spare and jack was in the trunk along with my subs. I weigh in at 195lbs, and the fuel tank was full of 93 octane with a gallon of 100 AV gas thrown in for good measure. I did post the times to another website. Here is the post.

Finish Line Drag Strip, Lucas, Mississippi
