ive heard theres this brand new thing called google.com .... and you can type shit into it ...kinda like what youre asking "rally pacenotes" and it will come up with all this info based upon whatever you type in....
its rather amazing actually...i think im going to buy stock in the company before it skyrockets in a year or two....

anywho rally pacenotes vary from team to team, but the basic format is this
a number (distance to event) direction or elevation or jump (event), severity of event (opening, tightening, hairpin, high jump, etc)
find a rally video that shows in car for the different nationalities of the drivers..its quite amazing to hear the co-driver spitting that stuff out in the midst of hurtling down a road at the speed they go.
