how difficult is it to remove and replace one? anyone done this?

you are going to need to weld in a new one....... thats all i know

Is your front end bent up? Or are you replacing it because of rust? If it's bent up, my advice would be to take it to a body shop so everything will be put back straight. But if your car is not bent, I would use some sort of bracing to hold everything straight and then cut out the old one and weld in the new one.

yeah it bent up a little,but i may be ablt to fix it.
