Radiator overflow tank filling up

Got a new rad cap for it, it slowed the rate at which it fills, but it still fills up. I'm getting worried it's a HG. It's a cheap plastic radiator from Autozone the PO put in. Could it be it's a cheap radiator that's not fitting the rad cap well?? I'm debating having a local shop do a Leak down test on it.

Get a block check done, that looks for exhaust in the coolant, and will tell you whether your leaking due to pressure from the combustion.

99 times out of 100 it's a BHG 5M.

Supra5mgte, its a head gasket. Theres just no way around it.
