the turbo heats the oil enough. dont put that oil near 190+ temps.

thats just a bad idea in my book. my .02 ive thought about it and then decided not too.

LOL

With a stock rad I wouldn't do it, if you had a nice big racing radiator with an engine oil cooler built in then definitly its a fine idea. Now where you can get such a thing for our cars I don't know, it'd probaby have to be custom made or bracketed, but its not like they don't exist.

most performance radiators dont have provisions for the tranny cooler.

Why do you think I said it would probably have to be a customized install? I know they are more rare, and I'll repeat myself, but its not like they don't exist.

I don't believe the radiator would be overtaxed by the extra hear removal after all they did remove the heat from the automatic transmission. I would imagine the real issue would lie in the Inner Diameter or ID of the fittings going into and out of the radiator tranny cooler they are far to small to pass the quantity of oil that normal oil coolers pass with their 5/8" NPT fittings.

An auto tranny doesn't put out anywhere near the heat that the motor does. Heck, a stock radiator has trouble enough removing the heat from coolant here in sunny Arizona ;)

i have a very larger intercooler (12x24x4). I still have more then enough space to put a 8x11 cooler for the tranny behind the driver's foglight, and a 5x8 cooler for the oil behind the passenger's foglight....

putting in the tranny cooler very soon, oil cooler to follow, but i measured it up and it should be fine.
