Always wanted to know what happens if you run more boost than listed on the radiator cap. In example 1.1 bar cap and you run 20psi, what happens? is it safe to run? longevity?

The pressure in the cooling system has nothing to do with the pressure from forced induction - unless you've blown a head gasket, of course.
