found this one for cheaper on other sites, this is the details of it,not sure of spec clutch, good?
http://www.suprastore.com/spst3clkit19.html

this one has been metioned a few times on suprafourms. but im not sure which feramic clutch there talking about so here is the full face and puck

im open to other options, i kinda like the ACT HD pressure plate reviews because there not so hard on the thrust bearings of a JZ motor. id like to stay below the $700 price tag but if its around that or if it means do it right once ill spend a little more i can bend the budget.

thank for the help in advance!

I always liked ACT clutches, never had a problem with one. They actually test the clamp load and holding power of each clutch they make and publish the specs. Some companies don't do that (and that's suspicious to me).

I have been running Centerforce dual frictions for about 7 years. They r based out of my home town here in Prescott and am friends with a lot of them. All good people running a good clean buisness. My clutch is modified but has put up with 600 lbs at the crank for about two years now. And it feels pretty much stock thanks to there Centerforce weights. (Hence the name Centerforce)

Feramic clutches run into problems when you run an aluminum flywheel with a steel insert. The inset can't shed heat quickly enough to keep from overheating, which can lead to the insert (flywheel) welding itself to the clutch disc. Stick with a billet/chromoly/stock flywheel if you're goig that route :)

I really liked my Spec stage 3+, its a carbon-metallic material in a full faced disc, felt great and gripped well. Only issue was the disc was very heavy so that may/may not have played a part in my 212k trans giving up 2nd gear synchros, making shifting difficult. I have no idea, however.

called up competition and there advising there 3.5 stage that is $725 which is a segmented carbon disk kit.
also
called HPF which advised the ACT HD with the full face feramic which is nice kit but damn $900

id like to stay away from puck design since there an on/off design

still open to other options,im just calling around getting qoutes.

i can buy the act pp and get the full face feramic for $720 lol and a throwout on rockout for dirt cheap...hmm

clutchmasters claims 110% more force than stock and it's rated to 550hp but i'm not sure if that's a single disc clutch or puck. I'm kinda in the same boat looking for a full face disc upgrade that will support around 500hp. the twin discs are $2500 MSRP and even with me finding slightly better deals it's still a lot of money
