Im looking at a set of wheels, but I have a question as far as fitment goes. They are 18x7.5 with a 45 offset. Will these fit without complications? Would I need any spacers or such? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

They will sit in further than the stock wheels. This is not what you want. If you are spending the money anyways, pick wider wheels with lower offests. They will fill the wheel wells better and just look better overall.
