Ok I already started this thread but couldnt find it any way my 89 turbo supra is stock with just a blitz bov and i can hear the turbo spool and then i shift at about 5000 rpms and the tires chiperd but i didnt hear the bov at all?Also the factory boost gauge doesnt work so i couldnt tell if it built boost i felt it but didnt hear the bov? What could be the problm?

Do you have both the factory and the Blitz bov installed currently on the car? Or do you just have the blitz bov on its own hooked up. If you have both the Blitz bov might be adjusted to release pressure at a higher level than stock. If you weren't building boost at all your car would be running like complete crap. Where in CO are you?

Are you recirculating back into the intake?
I dont know what the Blitz DD sounds like recirculated, but recirculating makes it quieter.

Let's not read too much into this... he has a bone stock car with a Blitz DD, what do you really think. ;)

It's a long shot to ask but, did you hear compressor surge when you shifted? How about any other time?
