Quick question?

Hey guys i went and test drove a 1989 Turbo supra and its idle was like goes up adn down like wom wom wom wom wom and i was wondering if that was normal and also it had a blitz BOV and i couldnt even hear it??

Sounds like a bad isc. Its a valve that controls the amount of air that bypass the TB to make it idle correctly.

Also give it some time after you post, to wait for a response.

Well first, I would check it with a multimeter to see if its working. Some times they just get so dirty that they malfunction. Often though, they need to be replaced. Also, the problem could be more then just the isc...

Then, you would need to decide whether to get a new one, or a kwu (known working unit). You might find one by posting in the Want to Buy ads here on the forums. Next you need to install it.

There is a website that has the TSRM (Supra Service Manual). You can easily use this to install the isc.

if its only when u are coming to a stop its the bov that is vented to the atmosphere i have the same problem ....it runs rich cause of it...

TPS may be another possible culprit, of going bad or even out of adjustment it will do that.
