where can i get a isc valve new with the gaskets and everything? mine does not click when the engine turns off and the idle is pretty high so I'm just trying to eleminate things. thanks alot

Toyota. For a lot of money, too.
You'll probably have to buy a used valve and then get the rest from toyota. Diaphragm, grommet, and gasket.
Did you go through the steps in the TSRM to test the ISC?

I only did the test where you turn it off and listen for the 4 clicks or however many and none were made, Im going to take it off this weekend for sure, but just getting prepared to buy a new one.
