The stock hg is 84mm and the stock cylinder bore is 83mm
correct?
So, if i kept the same cylinder bore, and went with a head gasket of 86mm would i lose that compression that should otherwise be compensated for with a hg thats 83mm bore or no?
Essentially does that small space in between the head and block matter? or even more importantly, it is more dangerous when running high boost because the space between the cylinders on the hg is made smaller....
I would rather not spend 300 dollars on the greddy hg with 83mm bore ... and just get an hks. But i also want the highest amount of compression as possible, even if that means going with the thinnest smallest bore hg.
