Quick Q concerning gauge install

Wiring in my prosport gauges right now.Which wire did you guys use for the "nighttime" scale.I was thinking of using a wire from the foglight but im not sure if that would work. Which wire,where and what color? Thanks!

you just need any 12v+ that is on when the lights are on an off when the lights are off. Thats all.

Tap into one of the little courtesy lights (the ones that are in the ashtray, glovebox, etc) They turn on when you turn your lights on and they turn off when you turn the lights off.
