Getting my engine put back together and into my car. Theres a couple things I need sorted out though.

First, where does the vacuum line coming out of the Power Steering Pump go? Mine was going nowhere before I pulled the engine. I believe the line I refer to is at the bottom left side of the following diagram.

Also, I just don't remember where the hose dropping down off of the Idle Air Control is supposed to go. The hose I am referring to is also at the bottom left of this diagram.

Okay but what would I do with that hose coming from the PS if I have an aftermarket intake? Could I just plug it?

And could you give me an idea where on the intake manifold?
In the stock system, it connects to the bottom of the accordion hose between the AFM and the turbo intake.

If you have an aftermarket intake, are you still using an AFM? If so, it needs to connect before the turbo, but after your AFM. If you're not using an AFM anymore, it gets complicated. If you're using a MAP, you can just put a filter on it and be done. If you're running a hotwire MAF, it still needs measured air.

You could theoretically just plug it, however, you'll need to be careful turning at slow speeds at idle, it will want to stall.

I dont have my SP plugged in anything since i have all aluminum intake and it doesnt stall no matter if i turn the steering wheel all the way. If you want to install a 3" intake or whatever, just drill a hole where the icv hose went and get a small pipe and force it in there and connect your icv hose and you'll be good to go. i did it that way :)
