Sup all, just one quick question.

Have an Apex'i AVC-R installed, works fine, never had problems. Would like to remove for one day, some sort of inspection being done =)

Any problems with just unplugging the unit from the harness? I'd assume the wastegate spring would go back to controlling the actuator like as if I just turned the unit off, compared to removing the SAFC which would sever the AFM connection to the ECU. Would this be a correct assumption?

I would route the vacuum line just like the original (bypass the AVC-R's selnoid) just to be safe. You're asking something that probably 99.99% people here have never done, so I wouldn't trust my motor's health to speculation.

excellent, that's what I needed to know, just going for a slight "inspection" and would rather not worry about explaining what it's for, I'd just be unplugging it, driving to the place, driving back, then plugging it back in.

For some reason, here people are more worried about things distracting you inside the cockpit than external modifications, so just want to clean up the interior a little.
