Can it see boost or will it self destruct?

Is the little poppit pinched between it and the mani there to prevent boost to the ISC?

Little help here...

Is there a way around not running an isc?

As far as my understanding of the entire system, if you have the source going to the ISC post turbo, it will actually be better for the ISC. When you normally hit boost, there is pressure in the manifold, and none on the other side of the ISC, the ISC has to hold the pressure, when you have it post turbo sourced, both sides will see the same pressure.

I never looked into it much, and I'm still running the stock setup, and don't put too much faith in my statement, but that's my understanding of it, and I know a couple people run it that way.

Jeff what Im wondering is what that little diaphragm does under the isc. It actually looks like a check valve.

Reason asking is I am building a FFIM to end all FFIM (well except for Rons and Grants).

I need to know where and how to rout the isc.

That little thing between ISC motor and manifold is non-return valve IMHO.
I am running without ISC on AEM EMS. Biggest problem was cold start, rpm were too low. I had to use some big solenoid valve to feed additional air when engine cold. Configured it open below 70C
