A friend of mines however did address a potential problem with the mechanical gauge and tubing that i just bought and that is heat.
Im gettiin the oil pressure from the stock oil pressure sender unit and the shortest way is to run the tubing near the exhaust manifold to the firewall into he interior to the gauge, but when boosting or boosting long periods of the time, the heat from the manifold may melt the tubing etc etc etc he pointed out which i think make sense.
So how do you guys run your mechanical oil pressure gauge tubing on your 7m?
Or does everybody go electrical now?
or do you guys tap into it from a diff source?
