Question about sipracingmailorder.com

Anyone here has issue in contacting sipracingmailorder.com or getting a hold of rich? It seems I don't get any email reply about my order? My machinist is getting very impatient. If rich is here I need those parts asap, if my machinist is gonna start charging me storage fees :icon_evil.

I'm sure I could email him and wait x# days for him to get back to me but I'd rather just pick up the phone and call suprasport and get what I need when I need it! Sucks cause rich has damn good stuff at nice prices!!! He lost me as a customer although I didnt spend big bucks so maybe I'm not worth it..

Trust me I have tried many times. 4 emails and 3 phone calls ( phone calls ended being messages only). My only question here is if any other members on here had similar situations good or bad. If sipracingmailorder fall upon this thread, please be fair and let me know what is going on.

Thanks alot for your input. I have been dealing with driftmotion only with excellent results. Only reason I went to order with sipracing is for the OEM oil pump and oil scraper. Thought I get two hits then just the scraper. Even if he is super busy, he does operate an ebay account that usually attends to. Takes a few minutes to respond to customers via phone or email.

Orders are slow to ship and responses are even slower. You will get your order just expect it to take 6 - 8 weeks to arrive.

I answered every email you have sent me. You have to call during hours that I am open also, and you have to leave a message if no one answers the phone. You left me a message once. Your parts are on the way to you with fedex and I will email the tracking number to you.
It took you a while to decide which crank was in your motor so I could supply the correct scraper. I boxed the items up the same day you let me know. So I am not really understanding the problem here.

How is it like pulling teeth. I have an email and I have a phone number. Try using them. And if you call try leaving a message, if you call 10 times when I am not open and don't leave a message, how am I to know you ever called?

That is a complete lie, only time items are ever slow is if they are out of stock.

This thread and you trolls are bullshit. Stop bashing my name with lies. Comumication takes two people. Call and ask if something is in stock. If you have a question you need to call and actually leave a message. Don't call 10 times during the weekend or night when I am not even open, then not leave a message, then get on a forum and bash me about how I am hard to get a hold of.

In Rich's defense, before i was on the forum i bought a test pipe. IIRC I got it in about a week, and Rich even shot me an email to say thanks for my business and to make sure i was satisfied! I would definitely buy from him again!

Well in defence of rich... I have been reading on this fourm for a few years now.. and can only remmber good things said about rich... Please dont try to ruin someones bussiness or trash there name because you have an issue... there are other ways to handle things. My opinun hes done alot for all of us in the supra community..even if you havent dealt with him personaly..

Rich is a good vendor, like he said, you have to send the man an e-mail if you want to get a hold of him. He doesn't live on this forum like some of the members (not bashing anyone). I've been in constant contact with him, via e-mail, about a couple orders I placed. I placed one order and the part was on back-order from the manufacturer, he helped me cancel that order and place a new one for the misc pieces that I needed.

If you need to get a hold of him same day, I recommend sending an e-mail early on in the day (don't wait until between 4-5 eastern time [u.s.a.]) so that he has time in that day to get to you and all of his other customers. Also (or instead) call, and leave a message. Honestly, e-mail is the easiest way.

So a BIG +1 for Rich!

Really!?!?!? I have ordered several parts from Rich in the past couple years, and never once has things took longer then a week to show up at my door. The last order only took 2 days.

Im calling BS. Rich is a great vendor.

I too have had a positive experience buying parts worth big $$$. He also did machine work for me...a top notch job.

Thank you, everyone, for the kind words. Small shops usually don't hear good feedback when everything goes right, but when someone feels things are wrong then stuff hits the fan.

I'm not trying to ruin or bash rich at all!!! I've purchased from rich before "back when answering the phone was in style"....I got half what I ordered as some stuff was out of stock but I got the other package the fallowing week! I'm an impatient guy and when I need a part I like to just pick up the phone and place an order "I don't do email" as I don't have the patients to wait for an answer...that's my personal problem I know but I need to find a vendor that can deal with the way I do business.

Rich I've tried and tried calling you during business hours and usually end up with an answering machine....no I don't leave messages again that's my personal problem...all I'm saying is that if "you" can't be avalible right when I need to place an order than I'll go to someone else as I prefer convience over cost....this is not an attack, this is just how I feel....yes a few other locals have had complaints now obviously I don't know the whole story but I'm just bringing it to your attention.

I am not a troll and I am not a liar....when you do indeed answer your phone your service is awesome!

If it makes any difference....sip is the only mkiii vendor I have saved in my phone book! I like doing business with sip "when I can get ahold of him! I have 100% faith that I'll get what I order in a reasonable time....I'd prefer to keep buying from sip as his prices are great and the selection of top quality parts completely owns all! I don't see knock off crap on sip's website and that alone tells me he cares about quality.

Sorry if you took this as an attack rich...it's not!

sorry rich if it seemed like i was bashing you in anyway i know what happened with our transaction was completely un avoidable by you and wrong on BC's part for not letting you know they were out of stock sooner i guess i grew a little impatient and was wondering what had happened, sorry again. i appreciate your business and support for the community.
