Just wondering if anyone has solved this issue.

I have the Spec - A rear bumper add ons and they create a "pocket" behind the rear tires for dirt. Has anyone put in a "liner" to block off that area?

Hoping someone has tackled this already. Thinking I might go to the wreckers and pull out a front wheel well liner and cut something to fit back there.

Hmm... definitely not a body work guy, so take this with a grain of salt, but... what about a thin layer of fiberglass from the bottom of the add-on and the rear wheel well? Again, I'm certainly no expert, but it's something to think about. :)

I have been thinking along the lines of hvyman's suggestion. I could cut a wheel well liner from an older car to fit in there and just find a good way to attach it and then undercoat it to make it look proper. I just figured someone would have already hammerd the solution out properly.. lol.

The one thing I have seen a lot with the MKIII's is improper fitment of front bumper and wheel well liners. My front bumper (fiberglass - shine as well) needs to sit higher, but I have to make brackets and figure out how to put it up without making it ugly/disfunctional or breaking it.
